A scenic ride in Brianza, a hill country in the north of Milan. A beautiful track that offers sweeping views and traits of medium effort, an ideal route for a moderate exercise.
The weather is perfect, the road runs fast, the climbs are not long, but you must commit yourself doing a speed test. In the last part you will ride Villa Vergano climb, the decisive climb of the 2011 Lombardy Tour, won by Oliver Zaugg . Then you ride along the shores of small lakes, and face the last easy climb before before the descent to the city of Lecco and the beautiful shores of its lake.
The ride is 76km long and has a total slope of 1.200m.
Filmed at the end of March, this ride is the ideal prelude to the rlvideo "Giro Stage 2012".
